Mr. Matsuoka is currently the Director of SSFM International, Inc.’s Project Management and Environmental Planning Group. In this role he supervises both planning and design projects involving complex or stringent contract requirements (design and construction). He also heads design teams composed of architects, the various engineering disciplines and specialty engineering consultants, such as geotech and hazardous material engineers, topographic surveyors, traffic consultants, and archaeologists.
