Mr. Leong joined the firm in 1998 as a Design Engineer assigned to the Civil Engineering Group. In this position, he currently performs planning and design for a wide variety of civil engineering projects. He has extensive experience in storm water management, site layouts, road design, cost estimates, water and sewer design and is familiar with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) requirements.
