Mr. Yanagihara has extensive knowledge and experience in heavy construction of commercial buildings, residential condominiums, hotels, airport taxiways, highways, paving and grading projects, bridges, concrete drain culverts, water and sewer mains and large sub-division housing projects. He directed the progress and completion of work through inspection reports and site visits and provided direct technical support in resolving complex construction problems.
