Mr. Matsumoto joined the firm in 1968 as a structural engineer and is currently the President/CEO and Principal of the firm. He is responsible for firm-wide management and oversees the firm's operations.

He is a trained organizational and technical peer reviewer and conducts peer reviews of engineering firms for the American Consulting Engineers Council, the Council of American Structural Engineers, and the Structural Engineers Risk Management Council.
