Mr. Kawachika has over 35 years of experience in the planning and management of design and engineering for Department of Defense agencies, airports, educational institutions and commercial facilities. As a Resource and Senior Project Manager, Mr. Kawachika provides project management for design projects involving complex or stringent contract requirements (design and construction). In addition, he is responsible for the project management policies and procedures currently in place and in use for the entire company.

He has successfully managed various design, engineering, and management contracts throughout the Pacific Basin, including work on Kwajalein Atoll, Johnston Atoll and Wake Island. He has served as the primary interface for technical support with various military, federal and state agencies.
