Mr. Hayashi is the Vice President in charge of SSFM International, Inc.'s Pacific Region Operations and manages its Saipan and Guam Offices. In this role, he manages SSFM personnel and office affairs, serves as the principal point-of-contact for SSFM's Saipan and other Pacific Region clients, and provides project management services on specific projects. His experiences include designs of subdivisions of land, subdivision improvements including roads, sewer, water, drainage, other utilities, and civil and structural designs.
