Mr. Shimabukuro has extensive knowledge and experience in the inspection of construction projects including hospitals, hotels, and
public buildings. In addition, Mr. Shimabukuro has experience in site work, including grading, paving, and underground utility installations. He is certified for both Asphalt and Concrete Field Sampling and Testing through the Hawaii State DOT’s Personnel Qualification Program.
