SSFM offers a Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan that allows employees to direct pre-tax dollars towards out of pocket medical expenses and supplementary insurance programs like life insurance, cancer care, and disability.

401(k) Retirement Program

SSFM purchases a life insurance policy for eligible employees equal to their annual salary.
Anniversary discretionary bonuses are distributed on a predetermined schedule and can amount to over 25% of an eligible employee’s annual salary.

Employees earn the ability to vacation at the SSFM Townhouse in Ko Olina free of charge.
