Charles Serikawa Construction Manager/Engineer

Mr. Serikawa is an experienced project and construction manager with demonstrated skills in communications with clients, staff and all levels of management. He is currently assigned to SSFM’s Construction Management Group and works on a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects.
