Greg Castro, P.E. VP of Saipan Operations

Mr. Castro is an experienced Project Manager and Construction Manager for SSFM’s Pacific Region Operations. He has over 10 years of executive management experience in managing the Tinian Branch of the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (power, water and wastewater services) and 20 years of military services with the US Army. In his current role with SSFM he provides both project management and construction management services for a wide variety of infrastructure and building projects.
