SSFM’s Strategic Services Group engages a number of our core professional disciplines to analyze, plan, entitle, design and implement difficult environmental and real property assignments.
The Strategic Services Group emerged from our participation in a number of complex projects that required the synergy of our planning, real estate advisory and traffic engineering capabilities. While these disciplines have always collaborated, we have formalized their structure, systems, resources and professional alignment to further increase their effectiveness.Our greatest value to clients is when we make projects happen. The Strategic Services Group works with clients to determine the optimal use of their assets and define solutions. Often this includes creative partnering with our network and resources to move projects through a variety of obstacles.
