Active participation in the entire teamwork process at all levels is essential to the overall success of SSFM International. We extend that philosophy to everything we do, because true teamwork is not something you can turn on only when you need it. True teamwork is a day-to-day characteristic, not just a goal we work towards. We imbue that philosophy throughout our organization by offering to each individual a variety of activities, geared to help them realize their potential through basic teamwork concepts available in each activity.
