Enterprise Messaging Services

The importance of enterprise messaging systems continues to grow within the SSFM International, Inc. network infrastructure. We continue to implement a wide variety of communication tools. With the implementation of Voice over IP, we have direct connectivity with our inter-island branch offices as well as our international offices in Saipan and Manila. Our enterprise Instant Messenger service also provides real-time “presence” and immediate responses between team members across the WAN. PDA wireless connections and web mail access gives SSFM the flexibility to retrieve and receive information while away from the office.

Collaboration Tools and Services

In today’s competitive environment, it is necessary to connect with our clients and business partners regardless of geographical site. SSFM continues to invest in collaborative systems to provide information and data sharing via “Live Meeting” with our clients and consultants. Problem solving and idea creation can be coordinated through long distance and remote web-conferencing services. In the near future, we intend to introduce Video Conferencing capabilities in 2006.
