Company Operations Complex

SSFM led the 3rd party commissioning services for construction of a new Company Operations Complex.

The complex includes concrete and gravel hardstands, administrative, maintenance and storage facilities, the entry control point as well as the security control center. Security systems include electronic security infrastructure, lighting, fencing, barriers, fuel storage system, and lighting protection. Additional support facilities consist of the power distribution system, communications network, asphalt and gravel pavement, sanitary sewers, water distribution lines, and site improvements.

Comprehensive systems include heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC) systems, indoor air quality systems, interior and exterior lighting, automated daylight and shade controls and occupancy sensors, plumbing and domestic hot water systems with solar water heating, building envelope including thermal and moisture integrity and air tightness, communications system (data, telephone, intercom, PA), renewable energy systems, water and energy measurement devices, emergency power and fuel storage systems.
