Construction Management Services for Department of Education

Working with an “as required” contract, SSFM provided a variety of construction management services for the Department of Education on the Island of Kauai. Projects included individual repair and maintenance and capital improvement assignments. SSFM managed construction and contractors for Kauai campuses as needed.

Individual assignments ranged from providing guidance for obtaining the building permit for the Kapaa Elementary School Library, to coordinating with HIDOE and the school principal to facilitate final acceptance of the Kapaa Middle School repair and maintenance project.
