Ivan joined SSFM from an Engineering News Record Top 100 contractor specializing in marine construction. His first project as a construction professional was a national award-winning project designed by SSFM. After 16-years in construction Ivan has traveled full-circle to lead SSFM’s Project Management Group and deliver new signature projects for the company. With his extensive experience in construction management, Ivan brings a builder’s perspective to the world of design.
As manager of the Project Management Group, Ivan directs multidisciplinary teams comprised of program and project managers, project coordinators, planners, architects, and engineering professionals. He brings expertise in design-build project management, quality control management, logistical management, estimating, contracting, and contract negotiations to the organization and implementation of the firm’s wide-ranging projects.
