Mr. Hayashi comes to SSFM with 25 26 years of practice in business and legal consulting, engagement management, and risk management. His past experience includes tax and legal advisory roles with Deloitte and Touch (10 years), Apple Inc. (8 years), Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (56 years) and CW Associates (3 years). Mr. Hayashi, works directly with SSFM’s President/CEO, overseeing and guiding corporate initiatives and operations. He also serves as the firm’s Small Business Compliance Officer assuring compliance with small business contracting programs. His results-oriented, business focus for developing, analyzing, managing and implementing efficient business structures and advising clients on transactions adds valuable insight for the firm and our clients.
